GrabScript is a free tool that extracts publicly available captions and subtitles from YouTube videos. We do not host, store, or redistribute any video content. Transcripts are generated from caption data provided by YouTube.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use GrabScript only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the service for any illegal activity.
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Use automated tools to make excessive requests (rate limits apply).
• Claim ownership of transcripts from content you do not own.

Intellectual Property

Transcripts generated by GrabScript are derived from YouTube video captions. Copyright of the original content belongs to the respective video creators. GrabScript does not claim ownership of any transcript content. You are responsible for respecting the intellectual property rights of content creators when using transcripts.

Availability & Accuracy

GrabScript is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times, or that transcripts will be 100% accurate. Transcript quality depends on the captions available on the original YouTube video.

Limitation of Liability

GrabScript and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service. Use of transcripts is at your own risk.

Rate Limiting

To ensure fair access, we enforce rate limits. Excessive usage may result in temporary blocking. If you need higher limits, please contact us.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
